Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Timeframe: Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and customized products.

How to Request a Return
1. Email us at lilylama25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Once we receive the item and it passes quality checks, we’ll process your refund.

Refund Options
Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders: Refunded as store credit or to a bank account (details to be shared via email).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned product.

Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges based on availability.
For a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for defective/damaged items.
For all other returns, shipping charges may apply or be deducted from the refund.
